R12 and UPK for Collaborate 10 Training Sunday Sessons

IT Convergence is happy to announce that our experts will be delivering a full day’s worth of Training Sunday sessions at Collaborate 10 on Sunday April 18th.

Our first session is “Combining Oracle Tutor and Oracle UPK Documentation” held between 10:00 am and 12:45 pm.

This session highlights how to document your processes to comply ISO, SOX, or other regulations. You’ll also see how to build robust reference manuals and eLearning situations with both the UPK and Oracle Tutor.

The session ID number is: 4783, and it will be lead by IT Convergence Education Services Manager Melissa English

During the afternoon, you can attend our next session titled “Planning for Oracle R12,” which will run between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.

This session will give you a chance to get to know Oracle R12’s technical and functional architecture. You’ll also leave with a better understanding of Oracle R12’s infrastructure, installation, configuration, training, and customization needs.

The session ID number is: 4782 and will be lead by IT Convergence Director of North American consulting James Utz and Senior Consulting Manager Daniel Leiva who has extensive experience in rolling out the Oracle E-Business Suite in Latin America.

Both session will be held in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center’s Lagoon 1.
