Oracle VM, CRM and Global Rollouts @ Collaborate 10

We’re into the thick of things here at Collaborate 10, and IT Convergence is looking forward to a Tuesday full of sessions.

The action will be begin very soon, as IT Convergence Global IT manager Gustavo Gonzalez will deliver his presentation “The New CIO’s Plan V: Virtualizing Your Oracle E-Business Suite Environments” highlighting some of the key considerations you need to make if you’re planning on going the virtualization rout with Oracle VM.

The New CIO’s Plan V: Virtualizing Your Oracle E-Business Suite Environments” (#4159) will be held at 8:00 am in South Seas E.

If you’ve got a need to go global and are planning to be near Breakers E and D during the afternoon, you’re going to have a difficult choice to make.

If you’re thinking of doing a global Oracle E-Busienss Suite Rollout and have project management concerns, then you should make it your business to attend the session “Business Readiness for Changes in a Global Oracle Rollout Program” presented by Daniel Levia who is one of the leaders of IT Convergence’s Latin American Consulting team, and Danny Rodriguez, who is representing one of our major clients in the region.

Business Readiness for Changes in a Global Oracle Rollout Program” (session #4364) will be in Breakers E at 3:15 pm.

If you’re struggling to manage your global sales and marketing efforts then the session “Manage Global Marketing and Sales Efforts on an Integrated Oracle CRM Platform.” This presentation was developed jointly by Keith Thomas of the IT Convergence Marketing department along with the ITC’s internal IT Business Department.

It highlights how IT Convergence’s decision to “Take Its Own Medicine,” which is to say to use Oracle internally has lead it to successfully manage global sales and marketing efforts using a variety of Oracle CRM tools including Oracle Telesales, Oracle iSupport, Oracle Portal, and executive dashboards with Noetix.

Gustavo Gonzalez will be delivering the presentation on behalf of both departments, where he will also profile IT Convergence’s decision to further intergrate their platform with Oracle Marketing.

Manage Global Marketing and Sales Efforts on an Integrated Oracle CRM Platform” (#4502) will be held at 3:15 pm in Breakers D.
